How long does it take for sales to update?

The sales update process is divided into two phases:

1. Sales upload
2. Sales confirmation

The total update time usually takes around 2 to 4 months (depending on the channel).

1. Sales upload

The first phase of sales update is to upload the sales information, which appears in graph form at the "Sales> Analytics" tab.

Estimated sales are updated monthly. But keep in mind that the sales reports (with the details of the transactions) are sent through the channels with up to 60 days of delay. That means that every month the information on new sales is uploaded, but with a lag of 60 days after the end of the month. For example: in June, the estimated sales information for April are updated.

2. Sales confirmation

The second phase of sales update is to confirm this information. The confirmation of each store is displayed in the sales reports (available in "Sales> Reports") and reflected in the account balance (available in "Sales> Balance").

Once they have been uploaded, the channels can still take between 30 and 90 days to make the actual payment. So the total update time can go to up to 4 months.  It is for this reason that the confirmed sales that appear in the balance go with a delay of between 3 and 4 months in relation to the release's distribution.
