If you want to update the Cover Art or the Audio has to be done once the release has been approved and sent to all selected channels. The follow up of the shipment status must be done from the tab "5. History".
How to update a cover?
As long as the content is pending approval or the delivery to the channels has not been completed yet, the platform does not allow updating or removing the cover. In these circumstances, the following notification will appear:
Once you verify that the deliveries have been completed to all channels, a new notification will be activated in the tab "1. Album info" indicating that it is now possible to upload a new cover:
After the file is replaced, the release will be reviewed by the QC team again. Once the change has been approved, it is important to request an update to send the new content to all channels and for it to appear in your artist profile.
How to update an audio file?
The process is exactly the same as for the cover update. If the release is pending for the QC approval or has not been sent to all channels yet, the following notification will appear:

Keep in mind that if the song also belongs to another release, you will not be able to update that track until the deliveries have been completed on all the releases that contain it.
