Can I remove my releases already published from the digital platforms?

Yes, it is possible to take down your releases!

To proceed with the takedown of an album from the platforms, please follow these steps:

1. Log into your distribution account and access the release you want to take down.

2. Go to the "Manage Distribution" tab.

3. If you want to remove the release from all platforms: Click the "Takedown from all channels" button at the top left.
   If you want to remove the release from a single platform: Click the "Takedown" button next to the specific platform.

4. Complete the payment for this service.

IMPORTANT: Albums must keep all the original information (cover art, audio files, codes, artists, etc.) in order for platforms to process the takedown properly. Otherwise, the request may not be completed correctly.

This operation is similar to placing a distribution order and involves some costs (€0.02 per track per platform). You'll notice that under the "Order Type" section, it will display a T (for Takedown) instead of the usual D for Distribution.

Please note that even if a release is taken down from the platforms, it will not be removed from La Cupula Music's platform.

Keep in mind that takedown processing can take between 2 to 10 business days to be reflected on the platforms.
