Can I remove my releases already published from the digital platforms?

Yes, it is posible!

In order to proceed to do the takedown of a release in the different channels, you may follow this instructions:

1. Go to the release you want to remove, in your account of the distribution platform.
2. Go to the tab "6. Distribution".
3. If you want to takedown from all the channels: Click on the red button "Takedown from all channels" at the top right part of the page.
   If you want to takedown in just one channel: Search the channel and beside the name of it, click "Takedown".
4. Proceed to the payment of the order.

IMPORTANT: The releases must keep all the original information (cover, audios, codes, artists, etc.) so the channels can complete the takedown. Otherwise, it may not be processed correctly.

This operation is similar to a distribution order, and it has a cost of 0,02€ per track/per channel. You will see that in the "Order type" appears a T (Takedown), instead of a D for "Distribution".

Keep in mind that this process has a period from 2 up to 10 days to be carried out in the channels.

After the release is taken down from the channels, it will still be available on your La Cupula Music account.
