How long does it take to pay for sales once payment has been requested?

Once a request for payment of streams/downloads is received along with the corresponding invoice, the payment validation is carried out. Payments requested before the 15th are made at the end the following month. For example, an invoice sent on May 14th is paid at the end of June. If the invoice is sent on May 16th, it is paid at the end of July.

"The deadline has passed but I still haven't received anything!"

If more than 2 weeks have passed and you still have not received your payment, we recommend that you check that you have filled in all the information of your La Cupula Music distribution account (in the section: My account> Profile).

You must also send us an invoice for Royalties, for the amount requested (VAT Included) in .pdf format to the email address: invoices@lacupulamusic.com.
