The contract with La Cupula Music can be canceled at any time. Only a written notification communicating the intention of finishing the agreement within 60 days in advance is needed. Please, make sure to include all information related to your contract and your distributed releases.
The cancellation process involves the following:
1. Take down the releases
You must take down all the releases from all channels.
To do so, go into your account and, in each release, move to tab "6. Distribution". There, click on the red button "Takedown from all channels" that can be found at the top.
2. Wait for the pending royalties
As the timings for the royalties to update can take up to 3 months, the account will be closed at the end of the next quarter. Until that date, new data related to your account can be received, so we will keep it open in order for you to receive your sales.
3. Close the account
At the end-quarter following your request, a final payment of the pending royalties will be paid (discounting the management fee if applied). Then, your account will be definitely closed.
