As a consequence corrections of plays/downloads files for iTunes and Google corresponding to sales between 2014 and 2016, which were already confirmed for some users.
We have applied these corrections to the user accounts, resulting in the "Cancel plays/downloads earnings " annotations in the user balances.

In any case, the final differences are minimal.
This may affect the plays/downloads outpayment requests, if done on the moment when have been making corrections.
Since we could not update latest sales reports until correcting the above mentioned, this has causes a delay on the confirmations of current month.
- In case a plays/downloads request has been made and did not register correctly, please contact the user and request they issue a new payout request from their account.
- Please send out a mail to your user base informing them of the incident.

Due to these corrections, we have not been able to confirm all sales data yet as we do each month. We are working on this and will have all sales confirmed before September 7th.
