iTunes: Apple Digital Masters (MFiT)

To request that the release be published as "Apple Digital Masters" (formerly known as Mastered for iTunes) in the iTunes Store, it must have been mastered by an engineer and officially approved by studios by iTunes.

Once you have the tracks properly mastered and uploaded to the La Cupula Music platform, you can proceed to distribute the album.

Then send an email to support@lacupulamusic.com with the following information:

• UPC
• Release Title
• Apple Album ID (the ID number that appears in the link of the album published in iTunes, for example: https://music.apple.com/us/album/name-album-example/888028550)
• Name of the Mastering Engineer
• Email of the Master Engineer

This process can take up to 15 days. If after this time you still do not see the disc properly marked as "Apple Digital Masters" or you have any questions about it, please contact our Support team (support@lacupulamusic.com).
