Sometimes we find that channels mistakenly assign a release to the wrong artist profile or create a new profile when one already existed.
This occurs since the system automatically creates and reorders the artist profiles.
We can contact the channels and request that they fix the problem with your artist profile.
Spotify
My release has been assigned to a profile that is not mine
Give us the following links so we can proceed:
- URI of the correct profile (if you do not have a profile created yet because it is your first launch, it indicates that we create a new profile for you):
- URI of the wrong profile:
- URI of all the releases you want to move from the wrong profile to the correct profile:
- Artist name:
They have assigned a disk to my profile that is not mine
Give us the following links so we can proceed:
- URI of all the releases you want to remove from your profile:
- URI of your profile:

How to get the URI?
The URI is similar to your disk link (URL), and you can get it this way:
- Open the Spotify app, and find the content you are looking for.
- Right-click on the appropriate content and select "Share".
- Hover over the "Share" menu and then click Copy Spotify URI. These are the codes that you must send us.
For all other channels
We will need you to send the following information:
- Link of the correct profile (If you do not have a profile created yet because it is your first launch, please indicate that we create a new profile for you):
- Incorrect profile link: Link of all the disks you want to move from the wrong profile to the correct profile:
