The Content ID is a copyright management tool for both audio and video, which allows to identify and claim ownership of the content distributed on the platform.
At the moment the Content ID is activated on your music, YouTube creates a reference as a fingerprint with which it will claim all the coincident content on the entire platform.
Please note that Content ID is an intellectual property registration item that has been created in order to protect your work on YouTube. Therefore, if you do not have 100% of the rights and have activated this option, this can generate short and long-term property conflicts on YouTube and that can result in the sanction of your channel.
A complaint has come to my video on behalf of La Cupula Music, is this normal?
Every time the YouTube channel detects a video that is using the audio that you have distributed to YouTube Content ID, it makes a claim that allows the owner of the content to block it from viewing or to monetise the video.

What is the minimum duration accepted by YouTube Audio Content ID?
YouTube Audio Content ID does not accept or create claims for audios of less than 20 seconds, since it is the minimum duration accepted by the channel.
Even so, as specified in the Style Guide, the minimum duration of the tracks so that they can be distributed to any channel must be more than 30 seconds.
What's the difference between monetising my own channel and monetising my content through YouTube Content ID?
When you distribute to YouTube Content ID, a digital footprint of your content is created, through which the monetisation linked to videos from other users which contain your audio content is claimed. If you monetise your channel on your own, the videos uploaded by other users which contain part of your audio content will not be monetised.
