The platform displays only the distribution channels that have generated sales and have been processed. If you do not see a certain channel in the list or it does not appear in the "Analytics" graph, then it means that no sales have been generated in this channel or that the information has not yet been processed.
First of all, you should make sure that:
- The channel was selected during the disc shipment.
- The 120 days established for the confirmation of payments have passed.
If your album meets all the requirements but the sales generated do not appear, write to email@example.com with all the available information.
